Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through salonselect.nl and our regional domains (salonselect.eu, salonselect.bg, salonselect.fi, salonselect.fr, salon-select.ie), all operated by CR NL GROUP B.V.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — we will notify you if this is the case.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for late delivery once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we will always assist you in tracking your shipment.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. All rates are in euros (€) and include VAT.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always displayed at checkout before payment. No hidden fees are charged after checkout.


4. Free Shipping

All orders with a product value of €1,500 or more qualify for free shipping, regardless of weight or destination (within our delivery zones). The discount is applied automatically at checkout.


5. Heavy and Oversized Items

Products weighing over 25 kg (such as salon chairs, beauty beds, and professional equipment) are classified as heavy shipments and are dispatched on a pallet or via specialist freight carrier. Delivery for these items may take longer than standard parcels, and a delivery appointment may be required. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery time.

For orders over 99 kg, the flat rate of €121.00 applies unless the order value qualifies for free shipping (≥ €1,500).


6. Dispatch Location

We work with a network of suppliers and logistics partners across Europe. Depending on the product and your location, your order may be dispatched from one of our partner warehouses. The sender's name or address on the parcel may therefore differ from our registered address. Your order confirmation and invoice will always come from CR NL GROUP B.V.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@salonselect.nl.


8. Delivery Attempt and Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a pickup point. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, uncollected, or refused without a valid return request), we reserve the right to charge re-shipping costs for redelivery.


9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. For orders that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

In all cases, we will work with you to resolve the situation — replacement, re-shipment, or refund as appropriate.


10. Delivery Countries

We deliver to all EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Orders delivered in multiple shipments: If your order arrives in separate parcels, your 14-day right of withdrawal begins when you receive the final parcel (CRD Art. 9(2)(b)).
